What began in 2018 with a dream and a deep love for real estate has grown into a full-service, family led operation rooted in purpose, excellence, and heart. As husband and wife, we bring different strengths but share a common mission: to create beautiful, functional homes that demonstrate that luxury and affordability can coexist in the same space. Under the A&E Investors umbrella, we own and operate both EST Design and EST Construction, giving us full control of the process—from concept to closing. That means we design, build, and sell it—all with our signature style and standards.

Aaron Tawiah

Licensed General Contractor & Real Estate Broker | Co-Founder of A&E Investors, LLC


Based in Charlotte, NC, Aaron is a licensed General Contractor and Real Estate Broker/Realtor with Realty ONE Group Revolution. With years of hands-on experience in home renovation and new construction, his journey began in the fix-and-flip space, where he developed a sharp eye for value and quality.


Today, he leads the acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and project management arms of A&E Investors, LLC—a mission-driven company focused on blending luxury with affordability for first-time homebuyers. Aaron's background as a former financial advisor gives him a unique edge in this space, allowing him to approach each project not just as a builder, but as a strategist—ensuring that the business operates efficiently and clients receive the highest return on their investment, whether emotional or financial.


In addition to running projects, he's passionate about teaching others how to do what we do. He guides aspiring builders and investors through the full A-to-Z process of building homes—from land acquisition to final finishes—equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in this business.

With a deep love for community and a gift for making the ordinary feel extraordinary, Ebonee leads a team where design isn't just seen—it's felt.
